What is the purpose of the Business Development Committee?
The purpose of the Business Development Committee of the Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce is two-fold: 1) to provide opportunities to develop and increase knowledge and skills to business owners & leaders and their current and potential workforce and 2) to provide resources and networks to promote and enhance business activity in the Vernal Area. The vision of the committee is to increase the viability and visibility of businesses and provide relevant & cutting-edge organizational development opportunities to existing and new businesses. This purpose and vision are made possible through quarterly business seminars, yearly business symposiums, and other training offered to businesses based on their individual needs.
Quarterly Business Seminars
The Business Development Committee hosts quarterly business seminar training for employers and employees to attend to build and grow in their company.
The next quarterly seminar will be hosted on April 6th, 2023. During this time, the 2023 Rural Utah Chamber Coalition Conference is taking place on April 7th.
