The Annual Holly Days Festival will take place on November 26th and the Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Parade of Lights sponsored by Rocky Mountain Power. The Theme for the parade this year is "Christmas in Toyland". Applications are available at the Chamber Office 134 West Main Street or you can download it below. We look forward to seeing all the creativity this year and would like to invite everyone to participate.
