The Hotel General Manager is Sidney Smith followed by his outstanding team leaders: Matthew Arias as maintenance engineer, Jamie Padigimus in housekeeping/back out house, and Jarika Hacking in front desk operations.
Sidney came from Lake Powell; there he ran the restaurant, hotel and other marina operations where he focused on providing a positive memorable experience for all of his guests. Because of that experience he made it his emphasis to ensure that he and his team make customer service a priority and that all their guests will have a positive memorable experience in Vernal, UT.
Sidney says “We believe our hotel exist only because of customers and, in particular, repeat customers who voluntarily choose to return and spend their money for rooms in our hotel. Therefore, taking care of our customers is their highest priority, in fact a privilege, never an interruption.”
