Staples January 2012
Staples
Staples came to Vernal 4 ½ years ago and immediately became involved in the community. Staples are the world’s largest office products company providing products, services and expertise in the categories of office supplies, technology, furniture, copy, print, cleaning and break room.
Randall Wilde is the manager and there are 17 employees at the store here in Vernal.
When ask about community contributions Randall was a little hesitate saying we are involved but don’t seek any recognition. Staples contribute thousands of dollars worth of school supplies to teachers and various classrooms in our area each year. They like to support individual/personal needs and causes. About anyone that comes in doing fundraisers for a family, individual, children with special needs they are a willing contributor. They support cancer funding including Relay for Life.
We are glad to have Staples as part of our business community and in appreciate of their contributions to the area the Public Relations Committee of the Vernal Area Chamber of Commerce would like to present them Business of the Month.
